About Us
We are a family run business that offers a range of accommodation located in the centre of Aberystwyth. Our selection of Grade II listed apartments each have their own individual style offering you the comfort of home away from home.
Aberystwyth’s North Beach and seafront is a focal point of the town and a favourite attraction for visitors and locals alike – and those who just want to relax by the seaside.
Close to the town, the clean, dark sand and shingle beach is accompanied by traditional seaside treats such donkey rides, bandstand entertainment and a bouncy castle and the town’s Victorian Pier. Built in 1864, Aberystwyth Pier’s was once some 242 metres in length but time and marine storms have seen it reduced to today’s 90 metres.
The Promenade and seafront is Marine Terrace with its Victorian and Edwardian style features a children’s paddling pool and bandstand with music, choirs and other performances during the summer. Fantastic to walk along and is about a good mile in length, lots to see and do.
Edleston House
Built in c.1898 as a private nursing home and later used as the towns courthouse, Edleston House has been respectfully converted in to 5 self-catering apartments with a private garden and hot tub.
The only colonial style property in Aberystwyth boasts a full height cast-iron Coalbrookdale veranda with decorative details, finials, traceried spandrels, fluted columns to the first floor and foliage capitals. The apartments themselves vary from 1 – 3 bedrooms all with open plan living, parking and just a short distance away from the seafront and promenade.
Grosvenor House
Grosvenor House located on the seafront in Aberystwyth has 4 apartments which combines timeless traditional design with all the mod cons desired by todays modern traveller.
Set within a Victorian townhouse, the apartment has a modern/classic feel, with lovely features including a bay window and an exposed-stone chimney breast in the open-plan living area.
